Thank you for your interest in pasture-raised heritage meat from Doko Farm! We love working with local chefs! Please know that we are a very small, family run farm, and are unable to produce the volume needed for a regular menu feature. Many of our items are seasonal in nature and may not be available year-round. Here is what we can do: 
  • Flavorful meat, the kind that only comes from a long, active outdoor life
  • Whole animals, primal cuts, and special orders
  • 20% Chef Discount on whole animals and primal cuts
  • Working directly with the farmer, for personal service
  • Tour of Doko Farm to learn more about what we have to offer and the seasonality of our products
